Description: One on one personal training is the fastest way to reach your fitness goals. All clients start with an indepth private evaluation. The evaluation uses the American College of Sports Medicines risk stratification system to zero in on the correct level to start your training. The second part of the evaluation is the Functional Movement Screens. These were designed by Gray Cook, a leader in muscle dysfunction recognition and correction. The information from the two screening processes will be combined with your stated fitness goals to develope a one of a kind fitness program. The client will learn their program and be coached on all lifestyle changes that will be needed for it to succeed. Our training is directed by you! We are here to lead you to your fitness goals, regardless of your starting point. Personal training is the best way to get started and coached to success!
